Changes and returns of products are made only when a different product has been shipped from that of your order. The time limit of the return is set 14 days from the date of receipt if you have already updated the gallery Expression by phone or mail. For the replacement, the wrong product needs to be returned within its original packaging, while the shipping costs are borne by the gallery.
